Hyperhidrosis has affected millions of people worldwide. What is hyperhidrosis? It is neither a dreaded disease nor a communicable one. But it is something that you surely don t want to have. Hyperhidrosis is a disorder of sweat glands resulting into excessive sweating. As I have already mentioned, if you have this, don t think that you are going to die anytime soon. But for sure, there might be times when you feel like “dying” because of embarrassment as a result of excessive sweating. This is really true if a person have facial sweating which is very excessive. The embarrassment caused can be worse because facial sweating is something that cannot be hidden.

If a person has hyperhidrosis, like facial sweating, is undoubtedly to suffer low self confidence and is always anxious over everything especially his looks. It is justifiable. If a person has facial sweating, going in front of people is just something that is embarrassing. Reason? Well, a person s face is very wet and it is just not presentable. You will not look presentable and other people will look at you as if you are someone who is not reliable. They might think that you are scared or panicky.

Now, what is the main cause of facial sweating? There are so many reasons to this and let me mention a few. It can be hereditary. If it runs in the family, there is no question why you have it as well. It what others say that it is in your bloodline. It can be that your facial sweat glands are overly active. Another possible cause is that you have a disorder in thyroid. If you are obese, it can also cause hyperhidrosis.

Now let me mention some of the ways to treat facial sweating. Here are the following:

1.Use extract from aloe vera. This is really a healthy treatment without the worries of having any side effects. You actually don t have to go through a surgery or any other form of medical procedure but instead you can always. You can just apply it on your face and it is said to prevent sweating for the maximum of three hours. It may not be forever but it is good enough. It has also another benefit because it can make your skin lines be finer so your face will really look smooth.

2.Use witch hazel. Though it can possibly dry your skin but it can minimize the pores and will, thus, lessen facial sweating. Witch hazel is also good to lessen the redness of your face. You can always buy it online or in your local stores.

3.You can also bring along with you facial wipes which has antiperspirant properties. These facial wipes have the properties of deodorant. Basically, it is just like putting a deodorant on your face. You will surely feel drier and will smell good.

You can choose from these safe treatments. This will not cause you much. But if you want to totally eliminate facial sweating then you can consult your doctor for a surgery or any medical procedure that suits you. However, you must prepare your budget for this.
