Smokers can agree that there are over 4000 chemicals found in cigarettes that are harmful to your health. They contain hydrogen cyanide and carbon monoxide that can be deadly. Tobacco has been proven to cause lung cancer and other deadly diseases. Anyone seeking to use a nicotine product should also consult a physician. Nicotine used with tobacco has been known to be risky for pregnant or breastfeeding women and people with heart conditions. The smoke or water vapor from electronic cigarettes does not smell foul or affect people. It disappears quickly. The electronic cigarette is safer than a regular cigarette because there is no flame or fire. It is legal and can be smoked in public places like bars, restaurants and offices. The electronic cigarette is harmless and can be enjoyed by smokers anywhere.

The electronic cigarette has been out for some time but recent updates to the technology have increased the demand. It is also known as the safe cigarette. It does not contain harmful chemicals or tobacco and is environment-friendly. The electronic cigarette does not contain any harmful cancer causing agents. There is a small amount of nicotine in the cartridge of the electronic cigarette but it can be eliminated. The nicotine levels are available in 8mg, 6mg, 4mg and 0mg. If a smoker choose to quit smoking, the electronic cigarette can be a useful aid.

The great news about the e-cigarette is that it looks and feels like a regular cigarette. The smoker doesn’t have to feel deprived because it is almost like smoking a real cigarette but without the tobacco. Most found that after using the electronic cigarette for 7 days, smokers have noticed a vast improvement in lung function. The body begins to repair the harm done to it from tobacco smoking. Tobacco can block the free flow of blood to different vital parts of the body. This is very risky and may have caused many deaths. Blood pressure improves greatly in those who choose to stop smoking. Thousands of people every year die from tobacco-related illnesses and chronic lung disease in part from tobacco. Lung cancer is also a disease caused by tobacco. The water vapor does no harm; it replaces the harmful tobacco smoke. There is no carbon monoxide in electronic cigarettes so you don’t feel drowsy or lethargic.

You can feel better than you have in years and still enjoy smoking. But you are enjoying smoking the safe way and without chemicals and toxins that can harm your health.
