The following paragraphs contain some nice movie reviews. You can get to a good film download site through the search engines. A good starting point might be "Hollywood Movie Rentals", after that try "Best Music Download Services" or "Buy Movie Download".

The Proposal: This bulky soap opera set in the 1930s gives Branagh a thankless role as a minister with more complications that anyone could possibly imagine. Cast includes Kenneth Branagh, William Hurt, Madeleine Stowe, Blythe Danner, Robert Loggia, Neil Patrick Harris, and Josef Sommer. (110 minutes, 1998)

The Protector: A bizarre mix of a kung-fu film and a boy and his pup tale, this inexpensive looking production from Thailand gets sentimental as a youthful martial artist has his cherished elephant stolen by thugs and transported to Australia. Following the poor men there, he hooks up with a Thai born Australian investigator and does battle with wicked gangs and others in an attempt to repossess his little Dumbo. Cast includes Tony Jaa, Petchtai Wongkamlao, Bongkoj Khongmalai, Nathan Jones, Johnny Nguyen, Xing Jing, and Damian De Montemas. (81 minutes, 2005)

Kind Hearts and Coronets: A black comedy of a castoff member of titled family setting out to remove them all. Guinness plays all 8 victims. Cast includes Dennis Cost, Alec Guinness, Valerie Hobson, Joan Greenwood, Miles Malleson, Hugh Griffith, Jeremy Spenser, and Arthur Lowe. (104 minutes, 1949)

My Reputation: A well mounted soap style film with Stanwyck excellent as a long-restrained widow who causes disgrace in her conservative society when she starts dating Brent. Cast includes Barbara Stanwyck, George Brent, Warner Anderson, Lucile Watson, John Ridgely, Eve Arden, Jerome Cowan, Esther Dale, Scotty Beckett, and Bobby Cooper. (94 minutes, 1946)

The Deep End of the Sea: A persuasively performed adaptation of Jacquelyn Mitchard's best seller in reference to the disappearance of a 3 year old at his mom's high school reunion, and his possible return 9 years later. This 2 part tale is admittedly a whopper, yet it's addressed in believable style that makes one able to acknowledge it. Cast includes Michelle Pfeiffer, Treat Williams, Whoopi Goldberg, Jonathan Jackson, Ryan Merriman, John Kapelos, and Michael McElroy. (109 minutes, 1999)

The Clubland: Youthful gentleman and his buddies set out to make it in the music industry by operating at a hip club on L.A.' s Sunset Strip, however they have to handle sleazy publicists and identity complications within the band. The modern-day music and trappings attempt to camouflage, or defeat, a soggy tale that may have been made as a 1930s B film. Cast includes Jimmy Tuckett, Lori Trivial, Brad Seek, Heather Stephens, Rodney Eastman, Guy Quaid, Terence Trent D' Arby, Alexis Arquette, and Steven Tyler. (94 minutes, 1999)

The Delicate Delinquent: Jerry's first solo attempt after separating with Dean Martin has him as a janitor mistaken for a juvenile delinquent who becomes a cop with McGavin's help. Cast Jerry Lewis, Martha Hyer, Darren McGavin, Horace McMahon, and Milton Frome. (100 minutes, 1957)

Deep Red: There's style to burn in pointless terror thriller with Hemmings on the trail of a sadistic psycho murderer. Showy, weird scenes set to beating rock soundtrack. Cast includes David Hemmings, Daria Nicolodi, Gabriele Lavia, Macha Meril, and Glauco Mauri. (98 minutes, 1975)

Last summer: A commanding tale based on Evan Hunter novel of adolescents playing on the shore in a summer resort. The film follows their games, sensual awakenings, and how evil materializes itself with incredible determination. Cathy Bums was a standout. Cast includes Richard Thomas, Barbara Hershey, Bruce Davison, Cathy Burns, Ralph Waite, and Conrad Bain. (97 minutes, 1969)

These movies and thousands of others can be downloaded from the internet. As we said before, search with "Download Movies Online", or "Downloadable DVDs" to find good information on downloading. If these don't work out, punch in "Movie Downloading", and see if that works.
