All About AAT.

Because of the latter legislation an ATT Member in Practice can also be recognized by DTI in signing off the charity account or independent review. The independent review is something that an AAT member can take under the old standard of Reporting Accountant. If you are not an AAT or Association of Accounting Technician member that is also a Chartered Accountant qualified, then you are not licensed automatically of being an AAT Member in Practice. The decision will always depend on the accountant if what choice they will choose to come along their way. It is their decision if they will take courses to get certification or license.

Who Can Join AAT.

They must also obtain relevant working experience for them to be qualified accountants. The main location of the AAT or Association of Accounting Technicians is in London.
