Then, in a few years when times are better and styles have changed, you can get exactly what you want. But, in the meantime, you can be happy and proud with your new kitchen.
In addtion, fixtures, kitchen cabinets, lighting and all of the other supplies that you might dream of can be found online and in second hand stores for much better prices than you will find them at your neighborhood home center. Again, you might have to do some running around and make some telephone calls but if you're willing to put some effort into this project you can design the kitchen of your dreams. Also, if you're not particularly handy and you have some difficult work that needs to be completed during your kitchen design, you can hire a handyman by posting an ad in the same online resources. There are a lot of people out of work today who formerly did construction who would be glad to make some money helping you to install kitchen cabinets or a stone countertop.
You see, you are only limited by your own beliefs about how things should be done. With a little ingenuity and some fancy footwork, you can make your kitchen dreams come true without killing yourself financially. Be flexible in your choices and think of what you will have after when compared to what you have right now and the choices become very easy when you're working on your kitchen redesign.
