Understanding of the ways in which the brain subliminally assimilates information is a fascinating subject and the more we learn about it, the more we discover that we are just scratching the surface of our knowledge.

Recently, more and more evidence is being unearthed to show that the brain is just as receptive to new information whilst we are asleep. In fact, the brain may actually be more efficient during this time as its regular source of external stimulation has been cut off.

This is a theory that has been around in the popular domain for many years, but it has only recently been supported by research from leading neuroscientists.

So, we ask ourselves, how can we make use of this interesting knowledge? How can I make my own subliminal recording? It occurs to us all, I'm sure, that being able o learn some new skills whilst we sleep would be pretty useful! What better way to make use of this time. And without the strain of studying too!

You'll be pleased to hear that these techniques can be readily incorporated into the lives of each and every one of us. It may be that you'd like to brush up on your Spanish before a holiday In the sun. Or, indeed, that you need to learn the names and dates of every king, or queen, of England for your history exam. Or more likely that you, like many of us, would just appreciate being able to learn in some new areas, without having to fit study time into our already hectic lives.

To benefit from these ideas all one really needs is the most basic of audio recorders, or even a personal computer with an inbuilt microphone. Simply record your subject meter in a gentle, clear, and concise tone and then hit play before turning in for the evening.

Even better, try to incorporate some music into your recording as this helps the brain. Research suggests that the technique is much more effective with music as many different parts of the brain are engaged.

This process of learning through your own subliminal recordings will, of course, take some time but rewards will be worth it when all are amazed with your new learning!
