The children must be assisted. And it is up to us to feed the children. As well as it being our duty to do so, it is also morally right. When we waste our resources that others could utilize, we also waste our integrity and justness as humans. We will not ever meet OUR personal potential when we continue to let THEIR hunger and poverty continue on. Who is responsible? Each of us. Every single one of us, independently. To have a long term future that's worthwhile as a species, hunger must be eradicated. Living a meaningful life or earning money is virtually impossible for those people who survived childhood hunger due their defective mental and physical capabilities. The current knowledge, tools and resources that are available to us can feed every person on the planet. And the first ones to feed are the children. Let's feed the children, because they require it the most.
Wouldn't it feel great to feed the children that require nutrition the most? Did you know that in the US alone in excess of 16 million kids go hungry? In Africa, this statistic is much worse, as are living conditions. Now, poverty and hunger need to be faced everywhere. But we have to begin somewhere. Those who need it the most -- who genuinely have nothing -- need to be given assistance to first. If we don't desire physically and mentally impaired humans, we need to provide the children proper nutrients at an early age. This makes the worldwide economy suffer and it perpetuates poverty. The same bad path continues to cycle if we let hunger proceed unchecked. One of the most effective strategies to eliminate poverty is to feed the hungry. Our lives are interconnected across the earth, so as some people suffer from poverty, it affects all of us negatively. By choosing to feed the children, we decide to increase human consciousness. In the long run, we help ourselves by helping so many in need.
The question of future generations, once hunger is ended, will likely be, why did it take so long. It simply doesn't make sense to allow starvation to continue. The world's people need to put into practice the habit of giving to the needy. And if we earn enough money, that can be done. It's the right thing to do anyway, so why not earn money by helping feed the children? It all starts with nourishing the children. And let's suppose there was an opportunity that we could get paid to do that? How about if we didn't have to spend our limited funds in order to contribute, but rather were financially rewarded for our efforts as social entrepreneurs. This business model is known as "conscious capitalism". We care about and are passionate about helping other folks and engage in our business to do this. Innocent children cannot take care of themselves and we mainly help them and their families.
