A disabled person must possess a driver's license and have the ability to operate a mobility car.

Disabled people in this age bracket who take the free six-hour driving course will pay an amount lower than the standard. Since mobility cars are only intended for the use of disabled persons. Anyone else driving the mobility car will get the mobility car taken away from the original recipient.
If a mobility car driver deliberately damages the car, they will be charged a fee for damage or loss of future use for the mobility car.
Profiting from the use of a mobility car is strictly prohibited. This will result in the loss of the mobility car for the recipient.
If anyone fakes their disability to get use of a mobility car, they will lose the mobility car.
Breaking any of the terms of use for mobility cars will result either in a warning, a fine, or the loss of the car.
