Instructions for the Cookie Dough:

Grind up the raw oats and the raw cashews in a blender or in a food processor. Into a large bowl, place all the cookie dough ingredients. Mix it with a spoon or by your hand. Another way is to simply place all of the ingredients in the processor and blend it. Mix all of it until the dough forms and you think you can make a large ball in it. You refrigerate the dough while making the chocolate chip.

Instructions for the Chocolate Chips:

In a medium sized bowl, mix all of the chocolate chip ingredients. Roll out the dough into the parchment paper. After that, place it the freezer for 25-30 minutes. There is also one other option. For even freezing of the chocolate chip, flip the chocolate sheet over after 12-15 minutes.

When you see that the chocolate is frozen, cut it into chips. You can use a pastry slicer for this task. After cutting the frozen chocolate into chips, mix the chips into the dough. Place the cookie in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to harden it. Be sure to refrigerate them using a parchment paper so that they will not stick into the plate.

If you don't have any carob powder, there is an alternative. You can use cocoa powder instead. You may be able to change the agave nectar for honey or maple syrup as well.
