An exhibition trailer can be described as any type of vehicle that is used as mobile showroom. It can also describe a mobile hospitality unit, or mobile billboard, which would be used to advertise at a promotional event. These types of trailers can vary greatly in size and complexity. It could be a small and simple contraption pulled around by a car or giant trailers pulled by a tractor, similar to an 18 wheeler truck. Whatever type it is, exhibition trailers generally come in three different sizes, which can be easily categorized as small, medium and large. All three types will be available for hiring, depending on the customers’ needs.

Small trailers are usually hired by companies who do not have the financial capacity to advertise their product by other means. However, even hiring a small exhibition trailer, would be a great way to get the message across to the public. In this case, it would take just a single employee to tow the trailer behind a car. It will also have storage space to take brochures of the product.

If you want to take things up a few notches, then hiring a medium sized exhibition trailer would be the thing to do. In order to qualify as a medium sized trailer it should be at or under 23 feet or seven meters. It will also require something a little bit more powerful to tow such as a 4X4 vehicle. Medium sized trailers can serve two purposes. One would be to actually sell products at an event or just use it as a promotional vehicle. The ones that are used for selling products can be quite spacious. It will have enough space to install a small office and a showroom.

They will also make use of every available inch of space by using foldable tables and shelves. Apart from size, other differences would also be the use of stabilizers. These are used to make the trailer steady and stable when parked, a useful feature when selling product when visitors are on board. It will also have the option of hooking up to an external power unit, such as a generator. In short, midsized trailers can truly be seen as a remote showroom, offering the most bang for the buck.

However, if you want to play in the major league of trailers, then nothing can beat a large exhibition trailer. These are truly palaces on wheels, and can take just about anything you can think of. Large trailers are always above 23 feet and it is not unusual to see one that is quite a bit bigger.

These trailers are pulled by a tractor, such as the type we see with large 18 wheeler semi trucks. Therefore, only people with the appropriate licenses will be able to drive a large exhibition trailer. The first and obvious advantage of a large exhibition trailer is that it will have more space.

Apart from a show room and office, there will also be enough space for accommodating several people. It will also have HVAC units on board to make life in them more comfortable. There will also be communication equipment available. The largest of these trailers come with two floors! Some will have hydraulically operated pods which can increase the width.

For all practical purposes, large exhibition trailers are truly small buildings on wheels. Hence, hiring one of these will usually mean hiring a trained crew to run the trailer. No matter what type of exhibition trailer is hired, the bottom line is that for the cost, these objects are some the most effective ways to get a product known. Trailers for hire will have blank vinyl sides where a product label can be easily put or removed.
