Ultimate chippers, monster cookies or super cookies; whatever you want to call them, all of the kids love them. This is a cookie packed with candy, peanut butter and chocolate. It's the kind of cookie that is perfect for all occasions. Maybe you think that you're not a huge candy or peanut butter fan but you have to wait for your judgments because you have to try this super cookie first. If you are going to try making this kiddy classic cookie, you must personalize or decide to add a few tweaks so it can be suitable for an adult version. Packed with dark chocolates, pecans and a health toffee bar, you can be sure that your own version of super cookie will have its one of a kind sugar rush.

You can personally split the base dough into two parts if you like. Half of it using adult mix-ins and the other half using kid mix-ins. There are different kinds of flavors that you can make in baking a super cookie. It's so easy that you will want to make all kinds of it.

Listed below are the ingredients of the different kinds of super cookie as well as the step-by-step instructions on how to make it.

Ingredients:

Regular Super Cookie Ingredients:

* 1 tsp of salt

* 1 tsp of vanilla extract

* 3/4 cup of packed sugar (brown)

* 3/4 cup granulated sugar

* 1 cup of butter (unsalted), room temperature

* 1 tsp baking soda

* 2 eggs, room temperature

* 2 1/4 cups of flour (all-purpose)

Kids Super Cookie Mix-Ins ingredients:

* 1 cup chocolate chips

* 1/2 cup butterscotch chips

* 1 and 1/4 cups of M&Ms

Ingredients for Adult Super Cookie Mix-ins:

* 1 cup chocolate chips, preferably dark chocolate

* 1/2 cup of pecans (chopped)

* 1-cup heath bar bits (chopped)

Ingredients for Peanut Butter Super Cookie:

* 1 tsp salt

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

* 1 tsp baking soda

* 2 and 1/4 cups of flour (all-purpose)

* 1/2 cup of butter (unsalted), room temperature

* 3/4 cup granulated sugar

* 3/4 cup of packed sugar (brown)

* 1/2-cup peanut butter (creamy)

Instructions:

First, you must preheat the oven to at least 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Beat the peanut butter and the butter until it becomes fluffy and light. And at medium speed, add the sugar and beat it until you see it fluffy and incorporated. After that, you must add the vanilla and the eggs and you have to beat it for at least two minutes on medium speed. You must add the baking soda after that and beat it for 30 seconds. Don't forget to scrape down the sides of the bowl and also the bottom to be sure that all the butter is well incorporated.

Then after that, you must add the salt and the flour and beat them until it's incorporated but be sure not to over mix it. You can choose what kind of mix-ins to be fold in whether its the adult version or the kid version. Or you can just simply split the dough in half and also you can cut the mix-ins in half. Half for the adult, and half for the kid's version. That's 1 in 1 cookie baking strategy. You must line the baking sheets together with the parchment paper and scoop a rounded spoonful of dough to be baked for 9 to 12 minutes until you see them lightly brown or golden brown. You can use an ice cream scoop or a large spoon to do this. Then, after that, be sure to cool them at first before moving them. You can make about 2 to 3 dozens of delicious super cookies with this recipe.
