These types of cookies add chunks of chocolates instead of adding chip chocolates. It comes in a large size. The smaller the cookie is, the less time you will bake it.

Listed below are the ingredients and steps on how to make
perfect chocolate chunk cookies.

Ingredients:

* 1 and 1/4 tsp baking soda

* 170 grams or 3/4 cup unsalted butter

* 140 grams or 2/3 cup of light brown sugar (firmly packed)

* 260 grams or 2 cups of flour (all purpose)

* 1 egg (large)

* 1/4 tsp salt

* 1 egg yolk (large)

* 130 grams or 2/3 cup of white sugar (granulated)

* 210 grams or 1 and 1/4 cups of chocolate chunks

* 1 and 1/2 vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 11 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In the top third of the oven, place one oven rack. Also on the bottom third of the oven, you must place one oven rack. Whisk the flour together with the salt and the baking soda in a large bowl. In your hand mixer or electric mixer's bowl, the butter and sugar must be stirred and mixed for at least two minutes for it to be fluffy and light. The sides of the bowl must be abrading down. Add the egg yolk and the egg. You must beat the eggs thoroughly until they are well combined. Then after that, you must add the vanilla extract on the mixture.

Add the creamed mixture and the flour gradually. You must mix and stir the mixture until all the ingredients are properly combined. You must again abrade down the sides of the bowl and mix the chocolate chunks. After this, stir the mixture thoroughly. Form the dough into ball shapes using 55 gram or 1/4 cup per cookie. On each baking sheet, you must place 6 dough balls. Safely flatten the dough balls for at least 6.5 centimeters or 2 1/2 inches round. After this, you must bake the cookie for about 16-18 minutes. You will know that the cookies are done when they're color turns into light brown or golden
brown. They're a little soft after you take them out of the over but they will dense up as they cool down. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before you transfer them to a wire rack. You can make at least 18 large-sized cookies.
