Using the right amount of fat is maybe the most vital move to make if you want to make a pleasant burger. Your burger may not be tempting enough if you're not using the right fat. Ideally, you must use 80% to 85% lean ground meat.

But if you're oversized already, you may not want to add to your problems with excessive fat. But, eating burgers that aren't tempting is no fun. Therefore it is always better to have burgers while following a fitness programme such as yoga.

You may even select grass fed beef for a better burger. If you use this meat, you will notice that it not just has a better taste however it has higher calorific value too. Don't wonder as you can find it at any farmer's market.

Checking the temperature of the burgers is a total must. To do the same, you can make use of instant read thermometers. Now, insert the thermometer from the side, till the middle of the burger. Ideally, the specified temperature of burger should be 160 degrees F while cooking.

Many people consider colour as the parameter to test whether burgers are cooked or not. As a result, they don't consider checking the temperature of the burger. However, the color of the burger can't be the criterion for judging whether a burger has been cooked or not. Burgers that may be brown may still be uncooked. On the other hand, the ones that are pink might have been cooked totally.

Next come the patties. While you make patties, try and keep them at least 3-4 inches thick. Thinner patties lead straight to dry burgers. Once you have made the patty, press it in the middle with your thumb in order that it may not bulge. But many people may not particularly like too thick patties simply because they could be affected by diabetes.

It is important to keep your food covered and this is true in the case of burgers as well. Make sure you cover your burgers using clear foil. This will prevent your burgers from getting damp along with keeping away from countless microorganisms.
