Turkish Airlines is more powerful than ever and is a member of the Star Alliance group. They currently fly to 171 international destinations which consists of 130 international routes as well as 41 domestic routes. This move means that Turkey is constantly trying to find ways to give Americans the opportunity to see Turkey and all of its beauty. Surely, one could say that Istanbul has both old world and modern charm. Also, a fourth US gateway is on the horizon for March 2011 that will begin in Los Angeles, Ca and stop in Istanbul.
Comfort Class is a new travel concept developed by Turkish Airlines. This latest service offering is available with the airline's new Boeing 777 aircraft. The class is a revolutionary concept in comfortable flying as the seats are all nearly 4 feet wide. So that is nearly four feet of seat available for yourself and anything else you care to have with you on your seat. Keep in mind the Boeing 777 is a "heavy" class airliner designed for long-haul flights. Miles earned in the Turkish Airlines Miles and Smiles card can be redeemed for a ticket in Comfort Class or an upgrade to this class.

The airlines have been displaying their marketing techniques by branding their business in a very international way.
