Some causes of constant nose bleeding are way familiar than others. All can be prevented and in some manner, they can can be controlled. Most nosebleeds are caused by the inappropriate dealing of the nose. One of these is blowing it too hard when it is stuffed. It is not appropriate to blow it as hard as you can because it is one of the most delicate parts of the head.

Most often, they are due to simple reasons. Commonly, it is acquired through the blowing of the nose in a very hard manner.

The nose can just get damaged easily because there is no protection in this area. In most cases, if the cause of the nose bleed is not too serious, prevention of such nosebleeds is very easy. Just blow your nose gently. Blowing just one side simultaneously while pressing a finger on the other side is good. Also, skip picking the nose. If it's a habit, find ways to break it. If you live in dry air atmosphere, get a humidifier for your home. This will put some moisture in the air.

For instance your experience a nose bleed, there is a way of stopping it. First, tilt your head back. Place some cotton with peroxide over the nostrils. Keep that position for a couple of minutes (usually around 10 to 15 minutes). If it does not take effect, which it should in most cases, a cool compress may be needed. Put it against the passage or bridge of the nose. In some common cases, this works. However if there is no reaction, it is better to go to the nearest clinic or call your doctor to have it checked, especially if the bleeding doesn't stop.

Furthermore, there is also a disease that is quite common. It disrupts our head and nose and weakens our system. It is called Sinusitis. It makes you feel lethargic and uncomfortable. Allergies can also be upsetting when you have sinusitis. If you can get rid of the allergens, that is way better. This usually comes during the summer time when dust is produced. Sinusitis can also cause body fatigue during night time.
