Losing stomach fat isn't something that you should try to rush. I know this probably isn't what you want to hear, but i just want you to know that there is no secret to lose weight. Trying too hard to find easy or fast ways to lose stomach fat is counter productive. Losing weight faster just takes lots of willpower, determination, and persistence

There are some severe side effects to losing weight too fast. Stretch marks and muscle loss are the most common side effects. You shouldn't hasten weight loss, but you should, however, start trying to lose stomach fat right away. The sooner you start, the sooner you will reach your weight loss goals. Beginning was my biggest obstacle on my way to weight loss.


Begin Exercising

Exercising is paramount to your weight loss goals. Start working out NOW! Do not always sit around reading about how to lose weight! There are 2 types of exercise: aerobic and anaerobic. Both are paramount to stomach fat loss and good overall health.

Aerobic exercise triggers fat loss over your entire body. A good example of an aerobic exercise is running. Aerobic exercise is best for burning calories and increasing organ health.

Anaerobic exercise is necessary to losing weight quickly. An example of anaerobic exercise is jumping. It is impossible to lose weight in just one area of the body. Even exercises that target specific muscles will only focus on building and toning them. Anaerobic exercise increases your metabolism during and after a workout. An increased metabolism means less calories stored as fat.

The best exercise or exercise machine would be one that incorporates aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Motivation

- Replace the fattier and less natural foods with healthier foods. Don't ever starve yourself! Starving yourself will slow down your metabolism, it may cause you to have mood swings. Also, your body may not have anything to use as fuel and begin using muscle as fuel.

- Some examples of things you should not be eating are fast food, desserts, tv dinners, and fried foods.

- Avoid foods with trans fats such as crackers. Eat monounsaturated fats because they can prevent the accumulation of stomach fat.

- Eat soluble fiber to lower insulin levels. Lower insulin levels speed up the burning of body fat. This can also lower the chance of developing type 2 diabetes,

- Add fiber to your diet a little at a time because the bacteria in your digestive system needs time to adapt to your new fiber intake.

There are no secrets to losing excess weight fast. I will tell you, however, you won't lose any weight if you don't try. The choice is yours. Will you sit around and just let everything stay status quo or will you do something about your weight?
