With the right knowledge, food that contains good cholesterol can help us maintain good health. Aside from that, it contributes for a long life. That's one of the many reasons why we should be cautious of what we eat. To have knowledge of foods containing low and high cholesterol (those suitable and unsuitable food) and to learn of ways to reduce our cholesterol content on our bodies can offer many long time benefits.

1. Cholesterol is a fatty wax material that is present in all animal body tissues. It is present also on fruits and vegetables. We should know first what are the kinds of foods that containing high percentage of cholesterol. Some examples of these are meat of coconut oil, shellfish, shrimps, poultry palm oil, and prawns. If not properly avoid eating these kind of foods, it may cause you to have these kind of diseases:
. kidney disease, cancer of the breast, high blood pressures, stroke, heart attack prostate gland and uterus ailment, gallstone problem, hormonal problems, obesity, and even diabetes mellitus.

2. If you cannot avoid to eat this foods, you can lower the level of cholesterol content in your body by doing these :

. exercising, proper relaxation, drink some sweet almond oil or soya bean oil, eat onion and garlic or take garlic capsules

3. If you're about to go out eat in parties or any eating occasions, just remember to reduce your intake of high cholesterol foods like fatty meats and too much sweet foods. Put your drinking of wine to moderation and refer to drink red wine if possible. Pick foods that you know that contains lots of fibre like fruits and nuts.

4. If you or wife is about to buy foods to the grocery, include this foods that are suitable to eat with low cholesterol content:

. Slender meat, fresh fruit and fresh vegetables, beans, almonds, porridge, sweet corn, and don't forget onions and garlic.

5. Actually, you don't have to be too alarm that is many foods now you know that should be stopped to be eaten or reduced the intake. Ask your doctor or nutritionist to ask what the alternative food that you may take is. There are some other factors that give contribution the heighten our level of cholesterol in our bodies as such as stress and constant worrying, too much smoking, drinking of coffee, and excess of drinking wine.

So better start to love your health now and stay away from high levels of cholesterol.
