For students, the opportunities to study in the Australian continent and the South East Asian countries of Singapore has become exciting opportunities to build a career with prospects. A lot many students are going into the journey across seas to study in the universities of Australia where they can get access to an array of subjects.

Starting from engineering to the humanities, many subjects are up for grabs for the student communities of different parts of the world. To study these subjects, after the admissions are over, students need to arrange for the cost of study and the cost of living. The cost of study in Australia is of the highest level which is comparable with those in the United States and United Kingdom.

Tuition fees vary according to the colleges and universities and are also different for different courses. For the vocational courses, 10,000 to 18,000 Australian dollars is the average cost. For undergraduate programs, the costs can vary from 10,000 to 16,000 Aus dollars per year while it is a bit higher in the range of 19,000 Aus dollars for the post graduate courses. Apart from the cost of study in Australia, students have to manage their expenses of daily living and the accommodations which occupy a big share of the total cost, which can go on an average to about 15,000 Aus Dollars. In recent years,

Singapore has developed in to one of the world's largest and more popular study centers. With the development process in full swing, the cost of study in Singapore is at par with those of the western countries. Since the cost of living is a bit on the lower side, the total expenditure is touch lower than what the students have to bear in the United States. On an average the students in Singapore cough up to 6500 to 8500 Singapore dollars as the cost of study in Singapore as well as for the cost of living.

Due to reasonably pricing of the living and food and clothing, many students are eyeing the universities and the variety of courses offered therein to pursue higher education. The standard of living has come up to a level that is almost equal to the western developed countries and so the Singapore has recently become one of the hot spots for the education.

In Malaysia also, the standard of living has improved to the level of those of the other parts of the world where education system is commendable and are sought by the student communities. This makes the region a favored spot for students and therefore they are ready to pay up the cost of study in Malaysia which comes around to be in the range of 5000 RM excluding the cost of living.

Depending on venue and the university as well as the course that is to be pursued, the cost of study in Australia and Singapore vary but still are in the affordable range of the students. And to prove the fact of the affordability, many students are choosing these colleges, sometimes in preference to those universities in the western countries.
