Panic and anxiety are closely related. Anxiety is the main emotion felt during a panic attack. Although anxiety is a normal feeling, it can cause six psychological disorders. It is also crucial to equip the person with the proper knowledge regarding the disorder and its treatment. Once it is done, relaxing exercises must be given to counter attack the anxiety. This helps the body fight the anxiety while it is still building up.

Relaxing exercises may be deep breathing exercises, yoga, meditation, acupuncture and many more.
