A cold can be triggered by low temperatures so it is important to keep yourself warm. Avoid using air conditioner for prolonged periods when you have a runny nose. You can also chew ginger to help you with the runny nose. It will drain the nose while still maintaining body temperature. If it is possible, avoid using medicine for preventing and curing runny noses and colds as they have side effects. Unless it has really persisted then it is good to get checked. But natural and herbal remedies are the best, they are not only easily available, they do not have side effects and they are not expensive. Making them the best choice to use.
