Gene Sarzen - A heavy club user, Sarzen was a grand slam award winner and one of the inductees to the World Golf Hall of Fame in the year 1974. He believes that the popularity of the sport has increased with the enlargement of the hole size and having more putts.
Tiger Woods - Another one of the most famous golfers of all time is Woods. He is the youngest golfer to grab the highly-coveted award at the Junior Amateur Championships. His professional career as a golfer started in 1996 and Woods is presently the only golfer who has won 61 PGA tours along with 22 other professional golfing events.
Michelle Wei - Born in Hawaii, Wei had been playing golf since she was four and winning almost everything by the time she was 11. She was the youngest player to make a cut in an LPGA event when she did so at the age of 13. She has been playing professionally since 2005.
