Afterwards, add the cashew nuts and soy sauce and continue with cooking for some two more minutes. This will comfortably cater for six people.

Other minerals present in asparagus include thiamine, zinc, niacin, riboflavin, potassium and phosphorus. Grilling is good as it preserves all these nutrients as compared to boiling. Have the asparagus covered with some butter or oil to take care of drying out. Get some good marinade and marinate them for ? an hour in the fridge. Remove the excess marinade and place the asparagus into the grilling pan. Grill the asparagus for some two minutes on one side and then turn the other side to grill again for 2 more minutes. Serve while hot.
