Cooking baby carrots is close to the way the normal carrots are prepared. These types of carrots have several ways of preparing. Baby carrots can also be added to all your favorite dishes, stir fried as well as steamed. These carrots can also be used in several soups. After all these ingredients have been purchased you are ready to start the preparation of the baby carrots and this will require you to go through several steps and the first one is will be to choose your vegetable and this includes mushrooms, celery, radish, broccoli, green, yellow and orange bell peppers among other vegetables.

The vegetables you choose should be cut into bit sized pieces. For those who do not have an idea of how to cook carrots they should know that the states steps should be followed to the latter. The next step will be to place a wok on medium heat and then pour some olive oil and then saut? the freshly minced garlic. The finely chopped onions should then be added and these should also be saut?ed. You can then add the vegetables and this should be done one by one and should also start with the baby carrots as well as end with broccoli when available.

It is important to be careful with the vegetables as they tend to overcook and this leads to them losing their crispness as well as their rich color. For those who wish to include meat they ware supposed to add them at this stage and this can include poultry as well as shrimp which will require you to first remove the vegetables. The meat may include chicken pieces, thin strips of beef as well as shrimp. The meat should be stir fried until they are almost done and add the vegetables again.

The next thing to do is to add salt and pepper according to your taste and freshly ground pepper is the recommended type of pepper. The soya sauce should then be added followed by the oyster sauce. This mixture should be stirred well and left to cook for a couple of minutes. The dish should then be garnished with the hard boiled eggs. The bay carrots will now be ready to serve.
