Do you desire to know how to cook chicken on the stove?Stove cooked chicken is a very important and popular delicacy during the summers as well as during the rest of the year for all who fancy it. Stove cooked chicken have a really simple secret behind them. All you have to do is to use low heat, brush the chicken with some sauce after it is ready and then serve up. The reason why we don't advocate for brushing of the chicken during the cooking process is to ensure that the sugars do not burn up and result in some black bitter remnants. That wasn't hard, was it? Read on for some more details.

You may use a stove that is based on electricity, gas or charcoal. The best results i.e. succulent, tender and moist meat, of this chicken are achieved using a stove is on low heat and that has a grill. For those who want spicy chicken with exotic flavors, have some spicy sauce for barbeque purposes on hand and brush it on the chicken before you start cooking it. You can also decide to add some salt and pepper on your chicken. The salt will aid in the maintenance of moisture on the chicken while the spices and pepper will enhance the flavor. For optimal cooking, the charcoal has to be at around 230 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit which is easily done by having the charcoal stacked on the middle part.

Douse the charcoal with some lighter fluid and wait for a moment for it to penetrate the charcoal. Strike a match and light the charcoal up after which you leave it for some time to light up until all charcoal has been enveloped by grey cash. For the best results, have the chicken grill 4 to 5 inches above the hot coal below. Cook the chicken slowly on the low heat until you attain an internal temperature of around 170 degrees before you proceed and add some barbeque sauce that you prefer. Proceed to turn it on the charcoal for a further 5 minutes till the sauce sticks and then serve.

You can also decide to go low tech and use a fork to poke the cuts and if some juices ooze out, then it is ready.
