It is also necessary when using the microwave to defrost the chicken to make sure that you read the manual to check the defrost settings and also give adequate space for the chicken when placed within the microwave and this is because if you place huge chunks they will not thaw evenly.

The expiry date of the meat should also be checked carefully and ensure that it is still good for consumption. Whatever method you will chose to cook your meat be sure to follow the steps that are required for you to enjoy a good meal. One of the popular ways of cooking frozen chicken is by baking. When baking chicken you should follow several steps and the first is to preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and then taking a big dish where you are supposed to add small slices of butter to the baking dish.

The next step will be to add the freshly chopped garlic as well as some lemon juice to the ingredients and proceed to place the frozen chicken breasts in the baking dish. You can also add a dash of lemon juice over the chicken breasts as well. Also season the chicken breasts with salt as well as freshly ground pepper and place the baking dish in the preheated oven. Cook the breasts for about 45 minutes or until it has cooked completely and once done you should place the chicken on a serving dish and serve hot.
