Cheesy Chicken Fajita Recipe
Ingredients:

Serves 1

For the fajita marinade:

Dash of olive oil
Dash of barbeque sauce
Pinch of chili powder
Tablespoon of fresh milk
1 slice of lemon
1 garlic clove- crushed
salt and pepper

For the filling:

The concept is always to have a creamy chicken in white sauce.

1 skinless chicken breast- thinly sliced
1 tablespoon of butter
2 garlic cloves- crushed
1/3 green pepper-sliced
1/3 red pepper-sliced
? cup all-purpose cream
2 tablespoons cream of mushroom
1 spring onion-sliced
2 tablespoons cream cheese

Extras:

tortilla
Shredded lettuce
Tomato salsa
Sour cream
Button mushrooms, sliced
Mozzarella cheese

Method:

1. In a Tupperware, mix all of the ingredients for marinade then add the chicken and shake it till everything is well mixed. Put in a refrigerator for an hour (never at the freezer).
2. Heat the frying pan and add the butter and rapidly add the spices so the butter won't burn. Lower down the heat and add the chicken. Stir-fry the chicken and when it is half-cooked, continue adding the rest of the ingredients for the filling. In terms of a slight boil, turn of the heat, separate and set aside.
3. Set the tortilla, heat after which place on a platter to prepared for the filling. Add the filling and top with the extra ingredients.
4. Serve with a good glass of soda.
