Your victories don't have to be measured by how many pounds of inches you lose, even though that is a great strategy if it is successful for you. You may want to keep track of your victories in terms of your physical health, lower blood pressure, or just by the fact that your joints no longer hurt. For each victory you make, give yourself a little bonus that makes you feel special.

Live Life Like You Were Thinner and Healthier

When you sit down at the table to eat your food, think about how a thin and healthy person would eat. Would they be so quick to get through a second plate of food, or would they rather slow down and really savor one plate? Would they drink a soda filled with sugar, or would they drink water or tea during the entire meal so that they will feel full a lot quicker? Would they look at TV after supper, or would they get off of the couch for some activity?

When you apply the concepts of the Law of Attraction for weight loss is not that difficult. If you see a thinner and healthier you and you live like a thinner person, you will start losing weight. Have faith, because the new you is in the works.
