If you're like me, you would like to know how to lose belly fat but you don't have the resources to get to the fitness center. Ideally, the most productive way I've found for losing pounds has been to mix a correct diet with full body exercises.

however the public don't have the resources to go to the gym because they're too occupied with work, university, looking after their family or the amplitude of other requirements we are facing in our regular lives.

I was the same way, but I committed to myself to lose the waist fat while not being forced to sacrifice the crucial things that were occuring in my life.
