I don’t know with regards to you but I mean to stuff myself silly this Xmas. After all, that is precisely what it is all about right? 2011 will be the start of my typical fat-burning diet and routine. This is something which I have been performing religiously going back three years. An individual who does an ordinary amount of cardio exercise requires close to eight glasses of water each day so if you're exercising hard you will need significantly more than this. Remember, tea and coffee are both diuretics so they are not included in your daily allowance.

My advice for next year is this, enjoy your Christmas and eat what you want. In the end it only occurs once a year but remember to have a good solid strategy in place when Christmas is over. Get your diet and exercises plan down on paper then sit back and enjoy the holidays. If you have a healthy body a healthy mind will surley follow. Don’t end up being disappointed with your body anylonger. You will find the power to change your life. 2011 will be the year for you. Happy Christmas!
