You can make healthy muffins loaded with fiber that your family will love and they are so easy to serve your house guests. Doing breads, like banana, apple cinnamon, walnut, etc. are nice to have in the freezer for a quick finish to a luncheon.
In order to keep the expenses of baking from killing your budget in one week, start watching the weekly grocery ads for baking supplies that are one sale. Stock up on flour, sugar, butter, etc. when the store is marking the price down, this will save you lots of money. Most stores offer a buy one get one, take advantage of this if you can.
