The best vpn in China for ipad has got to be 12vpn. I moved to China in 2007 and have been here ever since (though in a couple of different cities). I recently joint the mainstream and bought an ipad which was really expensive on my small-town teacher salary, but i thought it would be cool to be the only person in the ENTIRE town to have one.
